Web Spinners™ offers
a unique pre-registration software package, which
enables on-line registration and provides information
to registrants. The software also allows for back-end
administration access to the registration data.
The organizing committee is able to administer its
own on-line data, as well as acquire real time reports
on attendees and other valuable registration statistics.
There is a multitude of onsite services Web Spinners™
can provide. Such services include:
on-site registration and manned registration desk,
registration package including name-tags, invoices,
specialty tickets, as well as any desired promotional
materials. Wherever the conference is held, Web
Spinners™ also guarantees 99.9% registration
system uptime, and offers its management staff for
the duration of the conference. With access to real
time data on a conference as it happens, we'll work
with the organizing committee to ensure the conference
is a success, providing periodic statistics and
status reports onsite.
