Challenge:
QSAR's initial concern focused on assistance
in planning, preparation and implementation of a
successful conference on an international scale.
Web Spinners™ was sourced by Environment Canada
for site construction, event registration, and other
conference related services.
Solution:
In working with QSAR, the Web Spinners™
staff was able to utilize a wide array of its
conference services. The first task, web site
construction for QSAR, involved customized for
on-line registration. Conference goers were able
to register via the new QSAR web site, and the
data acquired on-line was managed by both QSAR
organizers and Web Spinners™ administrators.
The response to our system was exceptional, and
the international oversight committee was "thrilled"
that such a system was developed. On top of the
web site and registration system, Web Spinners
put a number of its other services into action.
QSAR utilized Web Spinners™' call center
services for assistance and conference information.
Tech support services, registration software services
and payment management services were also utilized.
The Web Spinners role was also that of consultant
on this project, providing assistance in both
conference planning and organization.
